How to use Testimonials in CoachNexa

Open Testimonials

Click Testimonials in the sidebar. You'll see all collected testimonials, searchable by name.

Request a testimonial

Send a request to a client — pick them from the "Search clients…" box and customise the ask (e.g. "I'd love your honest feedback!"). They get a link to write one.

Add one manually

Already have a quote? Click + Add Manually, enter the client's name (e.g. "Sarah M.") and paste what they said.

Review new testimonials

New client-submitted testimonials raise a badge on the sidebar. Open the section to read and approve them.

Approve and feature

Mark the best testimonials as approved/featured so they appear on your public profile and booking page.

Use them in marketing

Copy approved testimonials into your emails, social posts and sales pages — social proof is one of the strongest conversion levers.

Send a reminder

A request the client has not answered shows ⏳ Awaiting response. Click 🔔 Send reminder to email them the same review link again — at most once a day, and the card shows how many reminders have gone out.

When you send a request, the client gets an email with your personalised message and a simple link to write their feedback — no login required.

What your client sees — Client submits their testimonial

The client writes their testimonial and submits it in a couple of clicks. You're notified and it lands in your Testimonials list for approval.
