Account Information: Name, email address, password (stored as a secure hash), and profile details you provide during registration or onboarding.
Business Information: Your coaching niche, timezone, workspace name, and other details you enter while using the platform.
Client Data: Names, email addresses, phone numbers, notes, session records, invoices, habit logs, and other data you input about your coaching clients.
Payment Information: We do not store credit card or payment details. All payments are handled by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We store only your Razorpay subscription ID and plan information.
Usage Data: Log files, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and usage patterns for security and improvement purposes.

- To process subscription payments and manage your account
- To send transactional emails (invoices, session reminders, password resets)

5. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords (bcrypt), and secure session cookies. Access to production databases is restricted. While we strive to protect your data, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion, giving you time to export. Anonymised or aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics.
