How to use Session Templates in CoachNexa

Pre-build reusable session agendas so every call has structure and you never start from a blank page.

Here is how Session Templates works in CoachNexa, step by step.

  1. Open Session Templates

Click Session Templates in the sidebar under the Sessions section.

  2. Create a template

Click + New Template (or + Create your first template). Give it a name like "Intake Session" or "Monthly Review".

  3. Write the agenda

In the agenda field, structure the call (e.g. "1. Opening (5 min) 2. Wins since last time 3. Focus topic 4. Action items"). This becomes the default outline for sessions using this template.

  4. Save the template

Save it — the template now appears in the picker whenever you log a new session.

  5. Apply it when logging a session

In Sessions → + New Session, choose a template to auto-fill the agenda, so you start every call prepared.

  6. Build a library

Create separate templates for different session types — discovery, deep-dive, accountability check-in, wrap-up — and reuse them across all clients.

Tip: Templates save the most time for recurring session types you run week after week. Tip: Include time boxes in the agenda (e.g. "5 min") to keep your calls on track.
