How to create and send an invoice (UPI, cards & more)

Bill a client professionally and collect payment online via UPI, cards, or bank transfer using Razorpay or Stripe.

CoachNexa generates professional invoices and collects payment online so you stop chasing transfers. Here is the flow.

  1. Connect a payment provider

    In Settings, connect Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking — ideal for India) and/or Stripe (cards, bank transfers — ideal for international clients).

  2. Create a new invoice

    Go to Invoices and click New Invoice. Pick the client, add line items and the amount, and set a due date.

  3. Add your UPI ID or QR (optional)

    If you accept UPI, add your UPI ID and a QR image in Settings — they appear on the invoice and the print view for quick payment.

  4. Send it

    Send the invoice to your client. They receive a link to view it and pay securely online.

  5. Get paid and notified

    When the client pays, the invoice is marked paid and you are notified. For ongoing engagements, set the invoice to recurring so it generates automatically.

You can track paid, pending, and overdue invoices at a glance, and clients can always see and pay their invoices from their portal.
