How to add a client and invite them to their portal

Add a client and give them a secure, mobile login to view goals, log habits, read notes, message you, and pay invoices.

Every client can have their own portal — no app download required. Here is how to add one and send the invite.

  1. Open All Clients

    From the sidebar, go to All Clients and click Add Client.

  2. Enter their details

    Add the client’s full name and email address. You can also set a source, notes, and an onboarding template.

  3. Create the portal login

    Use Create Portal to generate the client’s login. CoachNexa creates a secure account tied to your workspace.

  4. Send the invite

    Share the portal link or let CoachNexa email it. The client sets their password on first login.

  5. They get to work

    Inside the portal, your client can check goals, log daily habits, view shared session notes, complete assignments, message you, and pay invoices from any device.

Tip: if a client already booked through your public page, you can convert that booking into a client in one click — their details carry over automatically.
