Getting started with CoachNexa in 20 minutes

Set up your coaching workspace, add a client, and create your booking page — a step-by-step quick start for new coaches.

CoachNexa replaces WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and a stack of separate tools with one workspace. Here is the fastest path from sign-up to your first booked session.

  1. Create your free workspace

    Go to the sign-up page and register with your name and email. The free plan needs no credit card and supports up to 3 clients, so you can explore everything before upgrading.

  2. Set your profile and branding

    In Settings, add your photo, bio, niche, workspace name, currency, and timezone. On paid plans you can add your brand colour and logo so clients see your brand, not ours.

  3. Add your first client

    Open All Clients and click Add Client. Enter their name and email, then create a portal login. They receive an invite to their own secure, mobile-friendly portal.

  4. Create your public booking page

    Set your workspace slug, add at least one coaching package with a price, and set your availability. Share the link so prospects can book and pay online.

  5. Turn on automations

    Enable session reminders, habit nudges, and the daily digest. CoachNexa then reminds clients in their own local timezone and alerts you when someone goes quiet.

That is the core loop. From here you can add goals, habits, invoices, contracts, assessments, and a community — each one is optional and takes a few minutes to set up.
