Send professional coaching agreements for e-signature — so every engagement starts on clear, signed terms.

Here is how Contracts works in CoachNexa, step by step.

  1. Open Contracts

Click Contracts in the sidebar (Growth plan and above). You'll see all agreements with their status (Draft, Sent, Signed).

  2. Create a new contract

Click + New Contract. Select the client, choose a template or start from the default Coaching Agreement, and set the fee (e.g. "₹1,50,000 or $3,000") and jurisdiction.

  3. Customise the terms

Add any custom clauses or scope details in the terms field. A contract number is auto-generated if you leave it blank.

  4. Add your signature

Type your full name to sign as the coach. Your signature and the date are recorded on the document.

  5. Send for signature

Click Send. The client receives an email with a secure link to read and e-sign the agreement — no printing or scanning needed.

  6. Track signing status

The contract list shows a status badge. When the client signs, the status flips to Signed and you're notified automatically.

  7. Download the signed copy

Open any signed contract and click Download PDF to keep a countersigned copy for your records.

  8. What your client sees — Client receives the agreement by email

When you click Send, the client gets a branded email with a secure link to view the full agreement — no login required.

  9. What your client sees — Client reads and e-signs

The client reviews the terms and types their name to sign electronically. The signature, name and timestamp are captured on the document.

  10. What your client sees — Both parties get the signed PDF

On signing, the status updates to Signed, you're notified, and both you and the client can download the countersigned PDF.

Tip: Create a reusable template for your standard agreement so each new contract takes seconds. Tip: Send the contract before the first paid session — it sets professional expectations from day one. Heads-up: Once a contract is signed by both parties it is locked. To change terms, void it and issue a new agreement.
