Digital Service — No Physical Shipping
CoachNexa is a purely digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. No physical delivery is involved in any transaction.
1. Nature of the Service
CoachNexa provides cloud-based coaching management software accessed entirely through a web browser. All features, including dashboards, client management, invoicing, messaging, habit tracking, and analytics, are delivered digitally via the internet.
2. Service Delivery
Upon successful payment and subscription:
- Your account is activated or upgraded immediately
- Access to paid features is granted within seconds of payment confirmation
- A confirmation email is sent to your registered email address
- No download or installation is required — access is via your web browser at coachnexa.com
3. Service Availability
CoachNexa targets 99% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, if any, will be announced in advance via email. In the event of unexpected downtime, we will work to restore service as quickly as possible. Downtime does not trigger automatic refunds but may be considered in refund requests under our Refund Policy.
4. No Physical Goods
We do not sell, manufacture, or ship any physical products. If you receive unsolicited physical items purporting to be from CoachNexa, please contact us immediately at support@coachnexa.com.
