Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with CoachNexa. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your CoachNexa subscription at any time by emailing support@coachnexa.com or by using the cancellation option in your account settings (if available).
Monthly subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to premium features until the cycle ends.
Annual subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual billing period. You will retain access until the period ends.
After cancellation, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier. Your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
2. Refund Policy
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are a new subscriber and you are not satisfied with CoachNexa within the first 7 days of your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund. To request a refund, email support@coachnexa.com within 7 days of the charge date, including your registered email address and the reason for your refund request.
Subsequent billing cycles: After the initial 7-day period, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a billing error, technical outage exceeding 24 hours, or other exceptional circumstances, please contact us and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
Partial refunds: We may issue pro-rated refunds at our discretion for annual subscriptions cancelled well before the renewal date.
3. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay, the same payment gateway used for your purchase. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (debit card, credit card, UPI, net banking, etc.) and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We do not issue refunds in cash or via alternate payment methods.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Requests made after the 7-day money-back window on new subscriptions
- Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service
- Claimed dissatisfaction after extended use of premium features
- Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle
- Taxes or GST levied on transactions
5. Free Trial
CoachNexa may offer a free trial period for new users. No payment is collected during the free trial. If you do not wish to continue after the trial, simply do not subscribe to a paid plan — your account will remain on the Free tier with no charge.
6. Disputes
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us at support@coachnexa.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
We will respond to all refund and billing dispute requests within 3 business days.
